Rediscovered Furniture Inc. was founded
in 2004 by Corbin Small and Jasper Fair.
Rediscovered Furniture Inc. is committed to providing
a cost effective service to individual and commercial customers to assist
them in liquidating their home and office furnishing, and at the same
time, enabling them to purchase quality used furniture at prices that
are attractive to them. In so doing, Rediscovered Furniture Inc. will
endeavor to “recycle” goods at a fair profit and reduce
the waste of usable items. Rediscovered Furniture Inc. pledges to treat

Q: This is my first time in the
store. How does it work?
A: Markdowns on merchandise occur bi-weekly according to their date
of arrival. Sales of items occur on a 'first come, first serve' basis.
If you see an item you like, remove the tag and bring it to the front
desk. Rediscovered Furniture® always has complete discretion over
pricing.
Q: I see an item I like, but there is no tag on it. Does that
mean it is sold?
A: There are several possibilities
1. It could be an item involved in a pending sale.
2. The item may be part of a larger set and the tag is attached to
another item within that set.
3. The tag may have become loose from the item and needs to be replaced.
4. or Yes, it could possibly be sold and not yet tagged.
We do our very best to ask staff members if the item
in question is pending in one of their sales. If no one has the item
pending in their sales, we will simply remake the tag. It is always
in your best interest not to walk around with tags in your hand; bring
them to the front desk ASAP so the item is not sold out from under you.
We can only be helpful if we are aware of your interest. In the event
of a conflict between consumers, Rediscovered Furniture® will have
the ultimate decision in resolving it in a manner that the company sees
as fair.
Q: The item I want will be marked down next week and I will
be unavailable. How can I make the purchase?
A: Since sales are ‘first come first serve’ you must be
present at the store the day of markdown to make your purchase. Phone
sales will NOT be taken until all customers in line have had their opportunity
to make their purchases.
Q: This markdown program is wonderful. Is this just a special
promotion?
A: No, it is not a ‘special promotion’. It is a different
way to do sales. As the customer YOU get to decide when the price is
the right value for you! Our goal is to provide you with a great shopping
experience, excellent merchandise, and quick turnover to maximize selection.
There is always a need for growth, change or evolution in providing
and contributing to this overall experience. Therefore Rediscovered
Furniture® has always reserved the right to alter, change, amend
or end ~without notice~ any program or promotion on any item(s).
Q: Could you please load my purchase into my car?
A: We are happy to try to load your car within reason. We will only
load items into/onto appropriate areas. (I.e. into a flatbed truck or
onto a roof rack) We will NOT try to force items into a car. If an item
does not load easily we suggest as an alternative using a delivery service.
Q: Can I pick up my item(s) next week?
A: You have 1 day of ‘free’ storage and 4 days of ‘paid’
storage available from the date of purchase. There is a daily storage
fee of $10 per item.
Q: What happens if I do not pick up my merchandise within the
5 days of the date of purchase?
A: After 5 days, items not picked up are considered abandoned and are
returned to the sales floor. The purchase price shall be refunded to
you less accrued storage fees and a 10% restocking fee. Your 5 days
for return and refund starts from the date of purchase, not the date
you pick up or receive the merchandise.
Q: May I return my merchandise if I change my mind?
A: Yes. You may return items within 5 days of purchase (NOTE: Date of
purchase, not date of receipt of item) for a full refund, less a 10%
restocking fee. This refund policy does not apply, however, if items
are broken, soiled or damaged after the purchase. No refunds after 5
days under any circumstances. Refunds of items purchased by check will
be issued by a Rediscovered Furniture® check within 7-10 business
days from date of return. Returned checks incur a $50 processing fee.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
You assume all risks to your items at point of sale.
Q: I bought some furniture from you a short time ago. Now I
would like additional matching pieces. Can you order items for me?
A: We are not able to special order items or accessories. Therefore,
we cannot guarantee that the item of interest will be repeated.
Rediscovered Furniture® has worked hard at obtaining quality items
at remarkable prices. All items are also set to be marked down over
time - provided they last that long. W.Y.S.I.W.Y.G (What You See Is
What You Get). Therefore it is up to you to determine if it is worth
waiting for the markdown or not, and if it is worth losing out on the
matching items that are currently on display.
Q: Do you offer any warranties?
A: Because of the superior pricing and reduction program, THERE ARE
NO WARRANTIES, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED. ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD
IN ITS “AS IS” CONDITION.
Q: I see the item I want is due a markdown in less than a week.
Can I buy it now, and return it in a week and then buy it again at the
markdown price?
A: No. Items that are returned begin a new markdown cycle beginning
with the last purchase price and date of return.
Q: I really like this item. I am torn between waiting for the markdown
and buying it now. What should I do?
A: That’s really up to you, but here is something you should keep
in mind.
If you are waiting for a markdown, others probably are too. Don’t
be disappointed on the day of markdown if you were not fast enough to
get it. So if you are looking at the item, ‘buy it now’
is the best way not to lose your item!

on this Web site. We only gather information we need to serve you better
and will not - without your consent, - sell, share, or rent this information
to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement
except in cases, where in good faith, we believe that the law requires
us to do so, it is necessary to protect Rediscovered Furniture®'s
rights and/or property, or if circumstances necessitate acting to protect
the personal safety of staff or of the public.
Sales
After 1 day from the time of purchase, items are assessed a DAILY storage
fee of $10 or 1% of the purchase price, whichever is GREATER, for every
additional day it remains in the store. This fee MUST be paid before
the items will be released. After 5 days from the time of purchase,
items will be returned to the floor. The purchase price shall be refunded
to the customer less accrued storage fees and a 10% restocking fee.
You may return items within 5 days of the time of purchase for a full
refund less the 10% restocking fee. (NOTE: Date of purchase, NOT date
of receipt). No refund if items are broken, soiled or damaged. No refunds
